• PAYMENT CONFIRMATION - Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

  Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card
  
                                                     Refund and Cancellation Policy
  Each service provider has its own refund and cancellation policy, which we strictly follow. Refunds will only be processed through the original mode of payment.

• Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for reservations that meet the criteria specified in the cancellation policy for each booking.

• Processing Time: If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 45 working days from the date of the cancellation request depends on the issuing bank of the credit card , after deducting any applicable payment gateway processing charges.​
